Pakistan Army Chief: Foreign citizens were affecting Pakistan's security and economy
General Asim Munir, the Chief of Staff of Pakistan Army, said that Islamabad's decision to deport illegal immigrants from this country was based on Pakistan's interests and illegal foreign citizens were seriously affecting the security and economy of that country.

Pakistan Army Chief of Staff Asim Muneer has stated following the concern of human rights organizations that illegal foreign citizens have seriously affected the security and economy of Pakistan and the decision to return them is in our interest.
While some former Pakistani officials said that deporting refugees is a new way for Pakistani generals to put pressure on Afghanistan, the country's army chief emphasized that Islamabad's decision is based on Pakistan's interests.
It should be mentioned that Pakistan started the process of forced deportation of Afghan immigrants more than a month ago.
