Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO, has called for the continuation of the support of Western allies to Ukraine as "hard winter" arrives for the country's army in the war against Russia.
Stoltberg admitted that Ukraine's summer counteroffensive was not successful in its goals. He described Russia's failure to seize more land as a "strategic failure" for Vladimir Putin.
