In response to the closure of the Afghan embassy in New Delhi, Shir Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, said that the Afghan embassy in India will soon start its work.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Shir Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, in a conversation with national state television, said that the Afghan embassy in India is in contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate and that the Afghan consulates in Mumbai and Hyderabad are active.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that they have spoken with the "consuls of Afghanistan in Mumbai and Hyderabad in Delhi and reopened the embassy."
He added that someone named Naeemi, who was a diplomat, has announced that the embassy is closed and services are not provided, which is a false claim.
Earlier, the Afghan embassy in India had said in its statement that the closure of this political representation has been implemented since Thursday (November 23). This embassy called the permanent problems with the Indian government as the reasons for the complete closure of this agency.
