Member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization reviewed the situation in Afghanistan
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Council of this organization continued to discuss dealing with terrorist threats and drug trafficking.
The President of Russia also said at the meeting of the heads of the countries of this organization in Belarus that Moscow and all the member countries of this organization will not tolerate terrorism in any corner of the world.
Vladimir Putin said: "Russia and the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization do not tolerate terrorism in any of its manifestations and in any region of the world. "We will jointly implement measures to fight extremism, illegal immigration and drug trafficking."
However, the Collective Security Treaty Organization has not provided more details about this meeting.
This is despite the fact that earlier, Anatoly Siderov, the head of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, said that the Islamic Emirate does not have control over all parts of northern Afghanistan and therefore takes special security measures on the borders with Afghanistan.
However, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate has assured that the geography of Afghanistan is not a threat to any country and no group will be allowed to create a threat to another country from the territory of Afghanistan.
In this regard, Zabihullah Mujahid said: "The collective security agreement that they have stated is not true, we have repeatedly expressed the position of the Islamic Emirate that Afghanistan is not a threat to anyone, nor does it harm anyone. "Unfortunately, there are some circles that try to spread propaganda or threaten Afghanistan, which is not true."
It should be mentioned that earlier, Vladimir Putin and Imam Ali Rahman, the presidents of Russia and Tajikistan, had also discussed Afghanistan and regional security in Moscow.
