Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Sports Service: Last night, 30th of Scorpio, the Afghan national football team lost against Kuwait in their second match of the 2026 World Cup qualifying round.

 

In the second match of the group round of the 2026 World Cup and 2027 Nations Cup qualifiers, Afghanistan defeated Kuwait with a score of 4-0.

 

The goals of this match were scored by Shabib Al-Khaldi in the 18th minute from the penalty and in the 80th minute, Mohammad Daham in the 69th minute and Atbi Saleh in the 82nd minute.

 

Afghanistan is grouped with Qatar, Kuwait and India in this competition.

 

In Group A, the Qatar team is in the second place with six points, the Kuwait team is in the second place with three points, the Indian team is in the third place with three points with less goal difference, and the Afghanistan team is in the fourth place with zero points.

 

Meanwhile, Afghanistan's national football team lost their first match to Qatar with a score of 8-1.
