Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Minister of Interior of Pakistan also denied the reports of mistreatment of Afghan immigrants by the security forces of this country and said that Afghan immigrants with immigration cards are not deported from Pakistan.

 

This Pakistani official made these statements on Monday, November 13, in the Senate of this country.

 

According to Bugti, so far about 300 thousand illegal immigrants from Afghanistan have returned to their country from Pakistan, and only eight thousand of them have been deported by the Pakistani government.

 

However, Abdul Jabbar Takhari, consul general of the caretaker government in Karachi, says that Pakistan's Sindh police are detaining migrants with documents and then releasing them in exchange for money.

 

This is despite the fact that Pakistan, contrary to the humanitarian procedure, has taken the forced deportation of more than 1 million Afghan immigrants and has implemented this process.
