Fadavi hinted at the possibility of Iran not needing direct intervention in Israel's war against Hamas and said that "the resistance front in the entire region has reached full maturity and can plan and act on its own."
 
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, recently said that if Israel's attacks on Gaza continue, "the resistance forces will become impatient and no one will be able to stop them."
