On the sidelines of the Moscow format meeting, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs met with the special representatives of China and Pakistan for Afghanistan and told the representative of Pakistan that if problems arise, instead of media statements, they should try to solve them through diplomatic means.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zia Ahmad Takal, the Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on X's social page that Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Amir Khan Muttaqi met with Asif Durrani and Yu Xiang, the special representatives of China and Pakistan for Afghanistan, on the sidelines of the Moscow Format meeting and told the representative of Pakistan that in case of problems, instead of media statements, efforts should be made to solve them through diplomatic means.
 
According to Takal, in this meeting, there was also a discussion about the relations, common interests and threats of Afghanistan, Pakistan and China.
 
On the other hand, Yu Xiang also said that China is ready to increase its aid to Afghanistan in many fields.
 
It should be mentioned that the fifth round of the Moscow format meeting was held on Friday, September 29, in the city of Kazan, Russia, focusing on Afghanistan.
 
The participants of this meeting issued a joint statement among other issues, asking the Islamic Emirate to fight against ISIS and other terrorist groups based in Afghanistan.
