In this video tape, Maulavi Muttaqi called narcotics one of the problems that have ruined Afghanistan's relations with the world, and according to him, it was to the detriment of "Afghans".
 
He also added: Now the cultivation of narcotics in Afghanistan has reached zero, tens of thousands of addicts are undergoing treatment, and a central government has ruled in this country, which dominates its entire geography, and has proven in the past two years that it has no control over the territory of Afghanistan. No one or country has been harmed and will not be harmed.
 
It has been said that the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs has also given the necessary instructions to the embassy officials to improve the related matters in the embassy and cooperation, provide a better environment for businessmen and develop relations.
 
It should be mentioned that Amir Khan Muttaqi has gone to Russia to participate in the "Moscow Format" meeting that will be held on September 29.
