AVA - President of ARCS Travelled to Geneva

Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS), arrived in Geneva, Switzerland.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, According to a statement released by the ARCS office, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) Mr. Khalis will participate in a meeting of members of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies during his stay in Switzerland.

The meeting will focus on discussing and exchanging views about the financial crisis that has affected aid organizations worldwide, and strategies for accelerating humanitarian aid at the international level.

Mr. Khalis is also expected to meet with representatives from various international charity organizations during his visit.
