The Scholarship scheme encompasses various programs and courses in fields such as Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Arts, and more.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be Afghan nationals;
Have an age between 18 and 35 years as of July 1, 2023;
Possess adequate English language proficiency;
Meet the minimum academic qualifications required by the respective Indian Universities/Institutes for their chosen program or course.
Eligible candidates can apply for scholarships under the e-VB portal (www.ilearn.gov.in), which will be operational from September 16, 2023. The last online application submission date is September 22, 2023.
Candidates are advised to follow the programme/course catalogue provided in the tele-education portal (www.ilearn.gov.in).
