Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs met with the Special Representative of Malaysia for Afghanistan Affairs
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hafez Zia Ahmad Takal, Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced today (Tuesday, September 5, 2023) on his X user page about the meeting of Amir Khan Muttaqi, the head of the ministry, with Ahmad Azam Abdul Rahman, the special representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. And he said that the two sides discussed economic and political relations.
He said that during this meeting, the special representative of Malaysia expressed his happiness about "the security situation in Afghanistan and added that I came to Afghanistan with a special message from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. I hope that based on this message, the relations between the two countries will develop further."
The special representative of Malaysia has emphasized: I hope to transfer relations and cooperation from Kabul.
Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed his hope that the relations between the two countries will develop in this meeting.
Mr. Muttaqi added: Your Foreign Minister's message is very important for us and I believe it will be useful in strengthening the relations between the two countries.
Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that there are good opportunities for businessmen of the two countries and investment in Afghanistan, and these profitable opportunities should be used.
This is despite the fact that the relations of the Islamic Emirate with most of the countries of the world, especially the Islamic countries, have improved to some extent.
