AVA - Security Forces: 4 kidnappers arrested in Balkh

Provincial administration spokesman Hajji Zaid said that, Afghan security forces have rescued a child, and arrested four kidnappers in Balkh province.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, The child, who was kidnapped in Police District 2 of Mazar-i-sharif city on Sunday, was rescued in Dawlat Abad district of Balkh, Zaid said.

After identifying the kidnappers' location, the security personnel launched special operations and rescued the child, Zaid added.

The Afghan caretaker government has vowed to crack down on outlaws and criminal elements to ensure law and order in the country.
