The explosion in Romania resulted in 47 deaths and injuries

International media reported that one person died and at least 46 others were injured following two explosions at a liquid gas center in Romania.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Reuters news agency reported on Sunday, August 27, that these explosions took place yesterday in the city of Chirudia near Bucharest, the capital of this country.
 
According to information, the first explosion occurred in a gas storage, which caused it to spread to nearby houses. The number of victims of the first explosion has not been determined.
 
Raed Arafat, Deputy Interior Minister of Romania, told reporters that 26 firefighters were injured after the second explosion in this area.
 
Romanian officials said that a total of 46 people were injured in these explosions, of which the health condition of eight people was reported to be critical.
 
The deputy interior minister of this country has warned that there is a possibility of another explosion in the area.
 
Officials have not said anything about the cause of these explosions.
 
Meanwhile, after holding an emergency meeting, Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciulaco said: "Our opinion is that four of the wounded will probably be sent to hospitals in Italy and Belgium tonight."
 
According to the information, despite the efforts of the firefighters, the fire caused by these explosions has not yet been contained.
