Two Turkish soldiers were found guilty of sexually assaulting a refugee woman from Afghanistan and each was sentenced to 32 and 37 years in prison.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Turkish media reports, these two soldiers were accused of raping a refugee woman on January 2 in the eastern province of Van, while returning Afghan refugees to Iran.
 
This woman, whose identity was reported as AL (pseudonym), was arrested with seven refugees from Afghanistan.
 
He said in court that Turkish soldiers raped him.
 
The Turkish One Court found these two soldiers guilty and sentenced one of them to 32 years and six months and the other to 37 years and one month.
 
In order to reach Europe, Afghan citizens cross the land border to Turkey.
 
It should be mentioned that there are claims of harsh treatment and torture of asylum seekers by the Turkish military.
