Mujadadi stated that currently more than 15 media outlets in Balkh province have been covered by the capacity building training program and this training covers the critical condition of the media and the life and mental safety of journalists.
 
The head of the Free Union of Afghan Journalists also announced the efforts to attract international aid for journalists and media and said that improving the economic situation of journalists and media was on the agenda of this department and efforts have been made in this field.
 
Sekander Mihanyar, the head of Balkh University Journalism Faculty, also participated in this program and said: Let's not forget that the project activity in the media has not worked in the last twenty years and we must find more logical ways to continue the activity of the media in the country.
 
On the other hand, Balkhi journalists welcomed the capacity building program of the Free Union of Journalists, saying that journalists are a vulnerable segment of the society and should be given the attention of international organizations and the government of the Islamic Emirate.
