The Turkish authorities have put the physical elimination of PKK members on their agenda, and under the pretext of fighting this party, they have also turned northern Iraq and Syria into their territory. Meanwhile, Baghdad and Damascus have repeatedly complained to the United Nations against Ankara for violating the territorial sovereignty of Iraq and Syria.
Despite the protests of the Iraqi and Syrian authorities, the attacks of the Turkish army continue in the north of these two countries.
According to the TRT channel, the Ministry of Defense of Turkey issued a statement yesterday and announced that the Turkish military has targeted nine members of the PKK in northern Iraq.
The Ministry of Defense of Turkey noted that air operations against PKK members have been carried out in northern Iraq within the framework of the Lock Claw operation.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense emphasized on the continuation of the fight against the PKK regardless of the opposition of Iraq and Syria.
