Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, The Torkham commissioner Esmatullah Yaqoob told BNA: Those Afghan refugees who are stranded in Pakistan without passports can enter the country through this port showing their national identity cards (IDs).

The opportunity was provided by their efforts and talks with Pakistani officials in Torkham port, and Afghan immigrants can return by the beginning of Eid, he said.
