In this message, international institutions are also requested to pay serious attention to the Afghan refugees who were forced to leave their homes inside or outside the country by the previous governments and to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate in this regard.
 
In the message of the political deputy and sponsor of the ministry, it is stated: Fortunately, after the victory of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, by providing national security in the country, the Islamic Emirate tried to provide the ground for the return of Afghan immigrants from foreign countries, for this reason, a large number of Afghans returned to the country.
 
It is still emphasized in the message that; With the provision of security in Afghanistan, the right has come to the rightful, there is no pressure to force anyone to emigrate, those who have been expelled from the country for the same reason, the arms of the Islamic Emirate and the people are open to them and they can go to their homes with peace of mind.
 
The message has been added that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to provide all conditions for the return of Afghan immigrants to the country and provide them with all the possible facilities and those who are involved in human trafficking and endanger human lives.
