AVA - Economy Minister Called for Support of International Organizations

Acting Economy Minister, met with head of OCHA, or the United Nations Humanitarian Aid Coordinator for Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Mrs. Isabelle thanked the Ministry of Economy for providing the necessary facilities in the distribution of humanitarian aid through this organization, and said, the organization has provided humanitarian services to more than 17.5 million needy people in different provinces in the last two months.

She said the organization (OCHA) will resume soon its mission in the provinces of Ghor and Daikundi.

Minister Hanif, hailed organizations for providing service to the needy in Afghanistan and said humanitarian aid undoubtedly plays a vital role for our people, and international organizations should increase their humanitarian aid for the needy people, adding they also increase their support conducting development projects in Afghanistan.
