During a series of operations, 40 thousand different types of weapons and ammunition were recovered in Kunar. The counter-terrorism management officers of this province said.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Local officials of the department told Bakhtar News Agency that these weapons and ammunition were recovered based on the detection reports, which were kept illegally by some locals.

The counter-terrorism department of Kunar committed to collecting all illegal weapons to maintain a  strengthened security in this province said a local official of the department to BNA.

Formerly, the department had recovered many weapons and ammunition which were kept illegally by locals in the province, according to reports.
