Mujahid added that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has not only maintained security and stability in Afghanistan after years of war; Moreover, with its economy-oriented foreign policy, it has also contributed to the security and stability of the region and does not want security threats to exist in any way.
 
Mujahid added that the Russian authorities should know that in the last two years, not only Afghanistan has not threatened the security of any country in the region or the world, but the security forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have been able to eliminate the remnants of the ISIS terrorist group in Afghanistan with complete determination.
 
In the announcement, Mujahid has assured once again that the caretaker government of Afghanistan, as a responsible government, will not allow anyone to use the territory of Afghanistan against other countries, especially the countries of the region, and the Islamic Emirate expects the countries of the region to prevent their nationals from entering Afghanistan.
 
Referring to the recent anti-security incidents in the country, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate has stated that some of the recent incidents of insecurity in Afghanistan were carried out by the citizens of some countries in the region.
 
This is despite the fact that a few years ago, Russian Defense Minister Sergiy Shaygun was worried about the presence of some terrorist groups in Afghanistan at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting.
