In a recent interview with journalists in Afghanistan, the Russian ambassador to Afghanistan warned against sending depleted uranium ammunition to Ukraine, stating that Western countries continue to pump weapons to Ukraine.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In this interview, Dmitri Zhirnov emphasized that the West is collecting foreign mercenaries all over the world in order for the war in Ukraine to be long and bloody.
According to him, the Pentagon has announced that it has prepared a very large package of military aid for Kiev. This is despite the fact that since the beginning of the special military operation, the US has given more than 35 billion dollars in military aid to Ukraine, and the Europeans are doing the same thing.
Zhirnov emphasized: Russia has warned Western countries against the illegal supply of depleted uranium ammunition to Ukraine. The use of such weapons in Ukraine leads to further instability of the situation, prolonging the war and increasing the suffering of civilians, including the effect of radioactive contamination.
According to him, despite the efforts of the so-called "joint West" and their mercenaries in Kiev to harm Russia, at any cost, Russia's special military operations will continue until the achievement of the set goals that the Russian leadership points to.
