Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday claimed Pakistan’s commitment to a stable, peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Foreign Minister Zardari held a telephone conversation with the acting Afghan minister for Foreign Affairs, Amir Khan Muttaqi. Both sides discussed various issues of mutual interest, According to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.

“The Foreign Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to a stable, peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan,” the statement said.

The telephonic conversation came after Khawaja Asif, the Defence Minister of Pakistan remarks which warned the Islamic Emirate authorities in Kabul that Islamabad would strike terrorists’ hideouts inside Afghanistan if the de facto authorities in Kabul cannot crack down on anti-Pakistan militants.
