The ISIS terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the suicide attack near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate in Kabul.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The ISIS terrorist group has said that a suicide bomber of this group has succeeded in carrying out an attack in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate.
 
This attack took place yesterday (Monday, March 27) in front of the entrance of Dawoodzai shopping center near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate.
 
According to ISIS, 20 people including "diplomats" were killed or injured in this attack.
 
The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Islamic Emirate announced the death toll of six people yesterday.
 
The ministry says that a suicide bomber died before reaching the target and his explosives exploded.
 
The emergency hospital in Kabul announced yesterday that two dead and 12 injured, including a child, were transferred to the surgery department of this hospital.
 
Last solar year, there was an explosion near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, which was claimed by ISIS. More than 20 people were killed or injured in that attack.
