Sadiq Khan, Pakistan's special representative for Afghanistan affairs, announced the agreement of this country with the Islamic Emirate on not imposing double tax on income.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Sadiq Khan, Pakistan's special representative for Afghanistan affairs, announced the signing of this document between the officials of the Islamic Emirate and Pakistan on Saturday, February 4. Mr. Khan called the signing of this document an important step forward and said that it took about 12 years to "cross this milestone."
He wrote that with the implementation of this document, investors, contractors and businesses on both sides will have significant benefits.
It is said that this document was signed in Islamabad on Friday after three days of negotiations between the officials of the Islamic Emirate and the government of Pakistan.
Asim Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Revenue of Pakistan, also expressed optimism that this document will further strengthen the economic relations between the two countries.
