Recently, the Organization for Classification of Food Security (IPC) said in a report that in the next two months, four million children and women in Afghanistan will suffer from acute malnutrition.
Doctors say that the lack of adequate nutrition of children leads to the weakening of the body parts of children and nursing mothers, awareness should be given about nutritious foods.
Dr. Babajan Najib, a specialist in the pediatric department of Ghor province, says: For example, eggs, milk, dairy products and legumes are available in most areas, but due to lack of awareness, people cannot understand their nutritional value, and these things cause women and children to suffer more.
