Later, on the third day of the same year, the people of Chaharkent, led by Martyr Sayed Ali Akbar Misbah and other elders of this land, started an armed uprising against the then communist government.
The deputy head of the Tebyan Center for seminaries affairs added: I was about 14 years old at the beginning of the Jihad and I closely observed the behavior of the Mujahedeen. I can boldly say that Hojjat-ul-Islam Misbah (may Allah be pleased with him) was higher than all the mujahedeen of that era in piety, piety, morals and sincerity. When I officially joined the fronts, I closely understood the multi-dimensional character and the outstanding role of Martyr Misbah in the cause of Afghan Jihad.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Mubariz further pointed to the prominent role of Martyr Misbah in creating unity between Mujahedeen and parties and added: Martyr Misbah was the founder of the Fadayan Islam Party, and a little later, due to the spirit of unification and fraternity, he was the leader of the (United Front) consisting of several political parties.
The head of the representative office of the Tebyan center in Qom noted: "In 1368 AH, we went to Bamyan to form Hizb Vahdat together with Martyr Misbah and participated in the Congress of Hizb Vahdat." In 1370 AH, Mazar-e-Sharif also fell, and the leaders of jihadi parties, including Martyr Misbah, took an important role in capturing Mazar-i-Sharif.
Mubariz continued to mention a memory of Martyr Misbah and said: After the conquest of Kabul in 1371 by the Mujahedeen, Martyr Misbah (RA) was the military officer of Hizb Vahdat in the west of Kabul, including social sciences and Afshar; One night, he called the servant to his office and said, "Mr. Mubariz, be aware that the Khalqis and communists have influence everywhere, especially that the ethnic tendencies of the parties have been stimulated and ethnic recruitment continues from within the former (Khalq) government, so you should be aware of the possible conspiracies. It should be done by any means, including food and poisoning people, because the communists want to destroy and weaken the Mujahedeen by any means." Mubarez added: According to the order of Martyr Mesbah (RA), after that cooks, food, etc. were seriously controlled.
The head of the Tebyan Center office in Qom also mentions another memory: after the victory of the Mujahideen, the public doctors who remained in the hospitals; apparently, they treated the wounded Mujahideen, but there were reports that these doctors injected ampoules into the bodies of the wounded Mujahideen and killed them intentionally. He adds: In the first war of Afshar and the attack of the Ittihad forces, my servant, who was present in Afshar as a colleague and assistant of Mr. Misbah, received a superficial wound.
He pointed out the tact, management, cooperation and piety of martyr Misbah and said: Martyr Misbah (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to visit military posts and garrisons even in the middle of the night. He tried his best not to harm anyone, not even the members of the party, the people and the flag, after the general amnesty.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Mubarez mentions a story about the martyrdom of Misbah (RA) and says: When we went to the grave of Martyr Misbah (RA) along with Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin. An internal dispute had started between Ustad Mazari and Ustad Akbari in the Unity Party. Shahid Misbah's faction, led by him and people like Alami Balkhi, Sheikh Sultan, Sayed Hadi Balkhi, etc., tended towards Ustad Akbari; Therefore, other people tried to conspire and martyr him.
Mr. Mubariz adds: One of the important members of the Unity Party in the north, who is currently living in Mashhad, came to me one night and said that you and Shahid Misbah are in danger and you should leave Mazar-e-Sharif immediately. Of course, before this issue, Mr. Misbah asked me to hire a number of reliable people to protect him, which I did. But after learning about the conspiracy against Martyr Misbah and myself, I shared this issue with him; but according to his belief, Martyr Misbah said that I didn't do anything bad to someone who wanted to kill me. So he befriended me and remained in Mazar-e-Sharif until the winter of 1373 AH, when he and all his companions were martyred in a cowardly ambush by some jealous and unwise people.
At the end of his speech, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mubariz defined the character of martyr Sayed Ali Akbar Misbah (RA) as a multi-faceted personality and mentioned him as a model of leadership and management.
