Officials of the Islamic Emirate wrote in separate tweets, quoting the Washington Post, that Kabul Municipality has changed the appearance of Kabul city with minimal facilities.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zabiullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, and Inamullah Samangani, the head of the Government Media Center, wrote in tweets quoted by the Washington Post: "The old plans are being implemented in the city of Kabul, work is underway on 180 projects, the streets that are Warlords were closed, opened.
 
They have added that after the fall of the Republic and the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, standard squares, clean sidewalks, order and cleanliness can be seen in the city every day.
 
It should be mentioned that recently, Kabul municipality has taken up the beautification programs of Kabul city, especially the decoration of squares and intersections.
