Experts say that foreign institutions were and are pursuing intelligence goals and promoting capitalist culture under the pretext of helping the Afghan people, they are implementing the goals of the governments from which they receive financial support.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Niamatullah Alokozay, a political expert, said in an interview with AVA that foreign institutions, under the pretext of helping the Afghan people, were and are pursuing intelligence goals and promoting capitalist culture, they are implementing the goals of governments.

He stated that foreign institutions did not do anything fundamental for the people of Afghanistan with their flashy slogans, adding that the efforts of foreign institutions during the last 20 years was to educate the youth from active feelings and freedom, independence and homeland.

This political informant had the means that countries like England and America spend a lot of money annually on their cultural influence in these countries in the form of charitable institutions and under the pretext of providing aid to Islamic countries.

Meanwhile, one of the former employees of the "Counter Party" Institute, who did not want to be named, said in an interview with Ava that foreign institutions with high dollar salaries, more than government departments, attracted young people and used them to promote liberal culture in Afghanistan was trained.

He pointed out that there was a lot of corruption in attracting and attracting foreign institutions such as government offices, everyone introduced their relatives, and at the same time, girls who were good-looking were recruited without any merit, which caused moral corruption in the institutions.

He had the means that the government of the republic did not have any effective control and supervision over foreign institutions, on this basis, aid was scarce and indiscipline inside foreign institutions had reached its peak.

He clarified that most of the projects of these institutions were not based on the national, development and strategic interests of the country, but based on the long-term interests of foreign governments, large companies, foreign officials and employees.

Also, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in an interview with BBC Farsi that the decree banning the work of women in domestic and foreign non-governmental institutions in Afghanistan was issued to preserve the dignity and chastity of women, and this decree applies to all domestic and foreign non-governmental institutions.

Mr. Mujahid added in his interview that women were also given opportunities in non-governmental institutions and after the investigation, the Islamic Emirate concluded that women should not work in these institutions under any circumstances, because these institutions are not under the control of the Emirate.

This is despite the fact that over the past years, there have been many criticisms about the performance of foreign institutions in Afghanistan, especially their secret programs such as promoting Christianity and Western culture, especially among girls and women, but it has not been investigated.
