A transformer with a capacity of 160 kilovolts power was opened in Charsari village of Khanabad district. Local Kunduz officials said.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, In the opening ceremony of the said transformer, Kunduz Electricity Director Mullah Shahdullah Mohammad Naseem congratulated the people of the region and asked them to pay more attention to the supervision of this transformer.

Residents of the area expressed their happiness at the opening of this transformer and thanked the Department of Electricity for their cooperation.

With the opening of this transformer, 150 families benefited from electricity for the first time.
