The extraction work of the first and second blocks of Chromite Mine has started in Kuh Kado area of Zabul province. The local officials said.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Hafiz Atiq, one of the local officials in Zabul, told Bakhtar News Agency that the mine extraction is based on a five-year contract signed with Glow Galaxy and Khushal Ahmadi companies.

Extraction of the mine also helped many youths to get work opportunities in Zabul.
