The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, who had recently visited Turkey, called this trip full of achievements. He also pointed out that the Islamic Emirate has done its part in creating a national discourse, and announced the effort to end the caretaker government and replace it with a new government.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in a press conference in Kabul yesterday (Saturday, October 5) that during his trip to Turkey, he will meet with Turkish officials, scholars of Islamic countries, Afghan immigrants, and Afghan and foreign investors.
 
In this press conference, Mr. Mujahid expressed his hope that his trip will create a new chapter of economic relations between Afghanistan and Turkey.
 
He said: "This trip will be an opening for Afghanistan to attract more cooperation from different countries, especially from Turkey, in different sectors, and also become a gateway for the return of the country's investors."
 
On the other hand, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate announced in this press conference the continuation of the talks between the Kabul and Washington delegations in Doha.
 
Mr. Mujahid, in response to the plan of the national discourse by Thomas Wiest, the US special representative for Afghanistan, said that the Islamic Emirate has established a contact commission in this regard.
 
In this regard, Mr. Mujahid noted: "We praise the statements of American officials on creating a national discourse, but the Islamic Emirate has done its part in this regard."
 
He added: "We created the contact commission that if someone wants to return to the country, we will create the groundwork through this commission."
 
In addition, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate added that work is underway to end the caretaker government and expressed hope that they will reach a conclusion soon.
 
He said: "We will make our final effort to get the new government out of the guardianship mode."
 
Mr. Mujahid also expressed in a part of his speech that Afghanistan wants diplomatic relations with the whole world and the international community should not ignore the achievements of Afghanistan in different sectors.
