The Afghan Red Crescent Society introduced 36 children with heart perforation to the French and Basit hospitals in Kabul for treatment.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, The Afghan Red Crescent Society in a newsletter said: that the organization has introduced 36 children with heart perforation, whose families were unable to afford the operation costs, to the French and Basit hospitals in Kabul for treatment and operation, and the cost of their treatment pays by the organization.
