Iran's arrangements for Afghan Arbaeen Hussaini pilgrims/applicants should contact the Iranian embassy until 15th of September
According to the official of the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul; Arbaeen Hussaini central headquarters in this country, by holding various meetings, has taken important decisions for the participation of Afghan pilgrims in the Arbaeen procession, such as issuing visas on time, increasing gates at the border, accommodation for pilgrims, and their health and food. In this regard, the applicants for the Arbaeen pilgrimage have the opportunity to go to the embassy and consulates of the Islamic Republic of Iran and receive a pilgrimage visa only until the 15th of September.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The official of the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul said that the arrangements and preparations necessary for issuing visas, creating new gates at the border, accommodation for visitors, health and food and other things to provide facilities for Afghan visitors with frequent consultations. It has been taken with the authorities.
He added; Necessary meetings and arrangements have been made with the Association of Pilgrimage Companies of Afghanistan to visit the embassy and consulates of the Islamic Republic of Iran on time to issue visas to the applicants participating in Arbaeen Hussaini, and they have been told that those who are interested in participating either individually or in groups.
The consular officer of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul stated: The price of a pilgrimage visa for Arbaeen pilgrims who have received a visa for Iraq is 60 Euros, with two entries to the Islamic Republic of Iran. He added that their stay in the Islamic Republic of Iran will be 20 days.
This official of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: Mobile and additional gates have been taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran for the rapid movement of visitors at the borders, and Afghan officials have been discussed in this regard to take the necessary measures.
He added that one of the conditions for entering the Islamic Republic of Iran for Arbaeen pilgrims is to have a corona vaccination card and inject two doses of it, and in this regard, pilgrimage companies in Afghanistan have been discussed and informed.
The consular officer of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul admitted that this year, about 5 million pilgrims from Iran and through Iran will visit Karbala and holy places in Iraq.
He also stated that before the corona epidemic and in 1998, about 60,000 people from Afghanistan, 100,000 from Pakistan and another 60,000 people from Azerbaijan visited the shrines of the Most High during the days of Arbaeen.
It should be mentioned that every year with the arrival of Arbaeen Hussaini, the lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (s.a) from all over the country go to Karbala in Iraq to celebrate this day by attending the holy shrine of Imam Hussain (s.a).
