A teenage boy rescued from the grip of abductors, in Sar-e-Pul Province, officials said.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Security personnel in Sare-e-Pul confirming the release of the child to BNA said the security forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan succussed rescuing the child during a special operation on late Sunday.

The abductors had kidnapped the child from a village in Kohistanat district of Sar-e-Pul, added the source.
No one has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping case of the child so far.

Meanwhile, the security officers of the 3rd police district of Sar-i-Pul arrested a man on suspicion of robbery, said a police source.

The man was arrested on the suspicion of stealing a motorbike from the outskirt of Sar-e-Pul province.
According to the police source, an investigation is under for the suspicion of kidnap and robbery cases in the province.
