At the beginning of his speech, the President of Iran expressed his condolences on the days of martyrdom of Hazrat Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (a.s.) and his companions, and reacted to the terrorist attack against Husseini mourners in Sarkariz, Kabul. .
 
Raeesi said: "Those who destroy Hosseini's funeral assembly in Afghanistan are the same arrogant Yazidis who are trying to divide Muslims."
 
He further asked the Islamic Emirate to ensure the security of the people: "It is necessary for the ruling body of Afghanistan to identify these criminals and ensure the security of all the people of Afghanistan."
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran also condemned this terrorist attack in a statement and asked the authorities of the Islamic Emirate to take more measures to ensure security.
 
Yesterday, the explosion occurred in the Sar Kariz area in the west of Kabul, when Husayni mourners were leaving the Imam Muhammad Baqir (AS) mosque in this area.
 
The spokesperson of Kabul Police announced the latest statistics of this event as 8 martyrs and 18 wounded, but the witnesses of the event know the number of martyrs and wounded to be many times higher than this.
 
It should be mentioned that the responsibility of yesterday's attack in the west of Kabul has been taken by the ISIS terrorist group. In the past years, similar attacks on Hosseini mourners have taken place in Kabul and provinces, most of which were carried out by this group.
