The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said that his country and Russia have made progress in the grain export negotiations in Istanbul, where the representatives of Turkey and the United Nations were also present.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Zelensky also said that the Ukrainian delegation has informed him that progress has been made in opening the routes for the export of Ukrainian grain and we will agree on the details with the UN Secretary General in the future.
 
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres also welcomed the development as a major step forward to ensure the export of Ukrainian food products through the Black Sea.
 
It should be noted that after Russia's attack on Ukraine, the country's grain exports stopped and food prices increased globally.
