Acting Minister of Defense stated during an interview with National TV; He asked for help from Qatar, which is an Islamic country, to finance the security forces.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Mullah Yaqob Mujahid, Acting Minister of Defense of the Islamic Emirate government, after returning from Qatar yesterday Saturday (July 9), said in a conversation with National Television that he asked the Qatari authorities for help in financing the forces of the Islamic Emirate, because it is an Islamic country.
 
He added that the construction of security checkpoints and technical cooperation to protect the borders.
 
Mujahid said: "There are attempts to disrupt our unity, so in this situation, it is necessary to unite and not let our unity be destroyed. We Afghans must forget the past and serve with a strong determination.
 
Mullah Yaqob also gave information about his meeting with the king of Qatar about issuing visas to Afghans.
 
He said: "The problems of Afghans in the issue of visas have been shared with the king of Qatar, who fortunately promised to cooperate."
 
The Acting Minister of Defense of the Islamic Emirate went to Qatar on his first official visit on the 7^th of July.
 
During this trip, he met with the king of Qatar, the Chief of Staff of the Army and other Qatari officials.
