The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says 330 new positive cases of coronavirus have been registered in the country during the past 24 hours.

The deputy of MoPH, Wahidullah Majroh in a press conference said that with the registration of the new cases, the number of people infected with the coronavirus in the country reaches 2,224.

According to Majroh, at least 24 patients infected with the coronavirus have been recovered and five others died during the past 24 hours.

This comes as the total number recovered patients in the country reaches 421 and the death toll rises to 95.
