An Afghan delegation will investigate claims that Iranian guards threw a group of migrants crossing the border into river, an official told 1TV on Saturday.

Preliminary reports suggest the migrants were thrown into river after crossing the border from Gulran district of Herat province.
Jelani Farhad, a spokesman for Herat governor, told that they had received the claims about "Iranian individuals" throwing Afghan nationals into river and were investigating the issue.
He said that three bodies had been transferred to Herat hospital.
