A bomb blast occurred on Wednesday near the house of Hafez Abdul Majid, a senior Taliban leader in Quetta, Pakistan, sources told Reporterly.

A number of commanders and members of the Quetta Shura leadership were present at the Taliban leader’s house when the incident took place.

Most of those present at the meeting were reportedly killed in the blast.
