Pakistan Embassy in Kabul has limited issuance of visa to particular groups citing presence of gang and extortion around the facility.

In a statement, the embassy said that it would only be issuing visa to elderly, medical patients, women and businessmen.
The statement said that the restriction would continue until the Afghan government "takes action against the gang outside the consulate area and extorting money from visa applicants for access to the area."
This comes as last year, the Afghan government fired police at the embassy over visa bribery.
