The Afghan security forces conducted 11 joint operations and 74 Special Operations in various provinces in the past 24 hours.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) in a statement said Wednesday that the Afghan Air Force also conducted 10 airstrikes against the hideouts of the terror groups.
The statement further added that the operations were conducted in Faryab, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Zabul, Maidan Wardak, Kunar, Kunduz, Takhar, Badakhshan, Balkh, Sar-e-Pul, Ghor, Ghazni and Paktika provinces.
The Ministry of Defense also added that the security forces killed more than 20 Taliban and ISIS militants during the same operations.
The anti-government armed militants have not commented regarding the operations so far.
