ISIS bomb kills 10-year-old girl, critically wounds woman in Nangarhar province

According to local officials, the explosion triggered by roadside bomb also wounded a woman.
The Governor’s Office of Nangarhar in a statement said the incident took place in Achin district on Monday.
The statement further added that ISIS terrorists had planted the improvised explosive device in Mamand Bagh area of Achin.
The governor’s office of Nangarhar also added that the woman lost one of her legs and is currently undergoing treatment in Bagram hospital.
