At least 10 anti-government militias were killed during special operation conducted by Afghan security forces in southern Kandahar province last night.

AVA- Top commander of Afghan national army in the south of the country told media, the military operation have launched to annihilate armed oppositions in insecure areas of Maiwand district, in which 10 Taliban fighters were killed.
Two hideouts of Taliban along with all military equipment have been demolished during the operation as well, the sources added.
The insurgents were busy on a series of terrorist and destructive activities that targeted and killed by Afghan security forces inside their hideouts, the source further added.
According to another report, Afghan security troops by discovering and confiscating five round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent several bloodiest incidents in crowded areas of Kandahar province.
