Mujaddedi’s funeral: Wednesday declared public holiday
After the death of former president Sibghatullah Mujaddedi, the Ministry of Labour on Tuesday declared Wednesday (tomorrow) a public holiday.

Abdul Fatah Ashrat Ahmadzai, spokesman for the ministry, told Pajhwok Afghan News Mujaddedi had passed away at the ripe age of 93.
He said the leader of National Liberation Front party would be laid to rest in Ashiqan and Arifan area on Wednesday (tomorrow). His funeral will be offered at the Ghazi Amanullah Khan Stadium in Kabul.
