Afghan Army in a statement announced that Taliban was defeated in Faryab Province north of the country and lost 23 forces.

AVA- Taliban forces were defeated in Shirin Tagab District and Dolatabad and the area was completely cleaned of terrorists, the statement reads.

Shahin 209 division media center also announced that Taliban was defeated in Dolatabad and they could not damage governmental forces. 

Meanwhile, the Afghan Defense Ministry announced that army air attack on Andar and Ghazni districts resulted in killing 31 Taliban forces and injured 9 more.
