The dead bodies of at least nineteen people who lost their lives in an air crash around 38 days ago in western Farah province, were handed over to their families.
AVA- The 207th Zafar Corps of the Afghan Military in the West in a statement said the remaining bodies of 19 victims of Farah air crash were shifted to Herat province following an operation of the Afghan Special Forces.
The statement further added that dead bodies of the victims were handed over to their families after they were shifted to Herat province.
According to 207th Zafar, the dead bodies of 19 victims of Farah air crash were recovered during an operation in Anar Dara district.
At least 8 militants were killed and four others were wounded during the same operation, the 207th Zafar Corps added.
