Any Afghan peace plan should involve the countries' government, Iranian foreign minister said on Saturday.

AVA- Government should be part of any peace plan proposed for Afghanistan, Mohammad Javad Zarif noted.
He made the remarks in a meeting with Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Afghanistan Mohammad Mohaghegh.
During the meeting, Zarif and Mohaghegh underlined development of bilateral relations in various fields.
They also discussed the two countries' comprehensive strategic partnership document.
Iran and Afghanistan held the first round of talks on a 'comprehensive strategic partnership' document in 2017.
Five joint committees were established to draft a 'comprehensive strategic partnership' document to promote two countries' cooperation in fields of security, defense, economy, culture, and education.
